As a reminder, all WTSchools will be closed on Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day. All schools will also be closed on Tuesday, May 27th for an unused Snow Day. All WTSchools will reopen with normal schedules on Wednesday, May 28th.

NJSLA MAKE UP TESTING: Make up Testing for NJSLA Math & Science will continue this week.
INCOMING 6TH GRADERS VISIT LVMS: This week and next week, 5th graders will visit 6th grade core classes as part of our orientation events for Fall 2025. We look forward to welcoming our newest Panthers to LVMS!

Donations can be brought to Room 20 or Room 27
Donations will be accepted until Friday, May 23rd!
The NJHS is raising money for The Seeing Eye Foundation to help raise money to help for the puppies and raining equipment. They will be selling bracelets for $10 each during all lunch periods.
When: Tuesday, June 10, 2025
Where: Long Valley Middle School: 51 West Mill Road, Long Valley, NJ 07853 (Behind school building on the large field)
Time: 6:00 - 7:30 PM (8th grade students should arrive 5:15 PM and report to their lineup location)
Parking: LVMS Staff will be on site to assist with parking beginning at 5:00 PM. The campus will be closed prior to 5:00 PM. Please be aware we anticipate a large crowd to celebrate our 8th graders - please carpool if at all possible.
Tickets: Each student will receive two (2) tickets for the ceremony. Tickets will be distributed directly to students in school the week of Promotion. Tickets will ONLY be utilized in the event of an indoor promotion on the rain date - There is NO limit on guests for an outdoor ceremony.

Contest Rules:
This design MUST be ORIGINAL ART designed by YOU (cannot be anything you downloaded off the internet, due to copyright issues) and must be SUBMITTED & DESIGNED BY STUDENTS ONLY 2.
You may submit an 8.5 x 11 front cover and 8.5 x 11 back cover on paper or make a copy of the the provided Canva template and submit your design digitally.
Must include our “We are Panthers” theme any way you choose BE CREATIVE! You do not need to include the “words” but the “theme” should be incorporated into your design somehow
Your design MUST include our mascot - the PANTHER in your design
